The reson it is so important to start the day with a healthy breakfast is, if you eat the right foods before school you will be more focused and less tired and more energized. If you don't eat a healthy breakfast or no breakfast then it will be alot harder for you to stay a wake during the day and to stay focused. Be sure that your breakfast is more than just a candy bar in the morning, because sugar won't help you through the day. Alsobe sure to eat your healthy breakfast before a big test!
