To prevent aches in pains while working on computers you must, sit with your back all the way against the chair. Be sure to keep your head a good eighteen inches from the screen, have your eyes directed for the top of the monitor and lower your eyes towards the center of the monitor. Keep your arms at your side and have an adjustable chair with lumbar support. Be sure to strech out from time to time to keep your ody from sitting all day. Don't lean your head against te phone if your hands aren't free, use a head set.
