Ergonomics

To prevent aches in pains while working on computers you must, sit with your back all the way against the chair. Be sure to keep your head a good eighteen inches from the screen, have your eyes directed for the top of the monitor and lower your eyes towards the center of the monitor. Keep your arms at your side and have an adjustable chair with lumbar support. Be sure to strech out from time to time to keep your ody from sitting all day. Don't lean your head against te phone if your hands aren't free, use a head set.

LeBron James

LeBron James is one of the best basketball player's in the N.B.A. Micheal Jordan even said that is that he is the best basketball player know in this league. He made a pretty bad decision. When he went eight for nine in the forth qauarter. When LeBron James throgh it to Haslem and missed the shot for the win. It was a really upseating game for the Miami Heat.

Eiffel Tower



When i look at this picture it makes me think if someone ever tripped or got dizzy they would fall. It would be really risky to walk on the Eiffel Tower.

Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant had a game two days ago. He broke his nose in that game. Later in that same game hade a concosion. He feel straight on the ground. But suprisingly he still got to play his next game which was yesterday. Kobe Bryant is one of the best basketball players in N.B.A. history. He has alot N.B.A. ring championship rings. Kobe Bryant and alot of people say he is one of the best N.B.A. Los Angels Lakers basketball players. Kobe Bryant avearges 34.5 points a game. Kobe bryant had a face protecter when he broke his nose.
