Gum

There are so many types of gum. My personal favorite is juicy fruit. It is yellow and very juicy. Its is one of the chewiest gum out there. The first piece of bubble gum ever made was Double Bubble. They come in so many flavors I don't even know all of the the types they sell in stores. Just saying gum is my favorite type of candy ever. I wouldn't know what to do if there wasn't gum in the world. It would be so boring to just sit there and not eat gum. Not everyone loves gum but most of the people do! I don't know how some people can resist gum its the worlds best candy in the world. Gum has got to be the best.

The Bananas

When we ordered a truck full of yellow bouncy balls we got a truck full of bananas instead! We had no idea what to so with these bananas. We had to think of something useful to do with all of these bananas. Later that day we thought we should have a eating contest to see how much bananas people around the world could eat. It was going to be a around the world banana eating contest. There were some big people if you know what I mean. We decided that whoever ate the most bananas could take home a life time supply of bananas. Everyone was stoked about the idea of a lifetime supply of bananas. There were 15 famous contestants. Everyone bought a banana to watch the professional eaters.

I am outraged for what happened on November 14th 2014. What type of person would even do that with Cheez-Its!!! They were my favorite snacks too. I don't no what I am going to eat for lunch now. All I ever ate were those beautiful things. I hate the school lunch so I don't know what I am going to do. All there is that I like is goldfish. So I am going to have to switch to those and forget about my t\favorite things in the whole wide world :(. Cheeez-Its you will be missed in my stomach. Its a shame that someone would do that with Cheez-Its. It was just gross how that someone used them.

Homework

I do not like homework. Its so boring and i zone out all the time. My mom yells at me when I don't get it done. I usually finish it a\during school but sometimes I am just worn out and cant do any more work. If I need help I will ask my mom. She is really smart and will help me when I need it. I usually get stuck with math it is very hard for some reason to me. I just cant focus but I am getting better. My homework is really easy compared to what the high school does. School is taking forever and I just want it over with. Its just to much sometimes.

When I Broke My Arm

I think my parents wont remember when I broke my arm the first time. The reason why is because the will have a lot of other stuff going on in there life. So they might not remember me breaking my hand. I will never for get that day though. I remember it like it was the back of my hand. I was riding up a hill on a scooter and I wanted to see how fast I could go but i hit a crack on the side walk and broke it right then and there. I could see the lump it made on my hand. I was so mad because the next day we had a baseball tournament. So i went to the hospital to get a cast on and set an appointment to get it off. I even missed school that day. So it took me a while to recover , but I finally got it off.

All About Me

Animals

There are so many animals out there. We probably haven't even found them all yet. My favorite animal is a Giraffe. There long neck is so cool and there color is just amazing. They can reach really high trees and leaves. The worlds fastest animal is the Cheetah. I think Cheetah's have really cool spots. Then there is the Hippo. It's mouth is so big. It can swallow a gator like its candy! I wish I could fly like a Bird. I could go so high in the sky and see everything.

I was walking on the beach when I came across these weird symbols. I was stunned the first thing I got out was scared too! I had no idea what to do so i just took a picture of them and posted them online. Next day I got 100000000 Likes of my picture I posted on Instagram, I was rich with money and fame. But it turned out that it was just some Chinese dude just was writing a love letter to his girl friend. I thought Aliens had wrote it and now I look like a fool. So I didn't go to school the next day.

How I Got My Cast

I was so mad that I broke my arm. I was going to have a baseball tournament. It got rained out thankfully. But when I broke my arm I thought that it would not hurt as bad, But it did. I was on medication so I don't remember much of what I did. But I learned my lesson. For now on I will be very cautious. I will walk to the places and not rush. I learned hat patience is the key to not getting hurt.

Raising Children

I am going to raise my children with respect and discipline. They are not going to argue with me. I will make sure that my children wont have bad grades. They will make the right choices and don't do drugs. If they ever get in trouble with the cops I'll ground them for life. I'll teach my kids to respect others and treat them with respect.

Baseball

Baseball has been one of my favorite sports when I was a kid. I used to be left handed, but somehow I forced self to be right handed. I really regret  not being left handed. But I was so that's what i stuck with for the rest of my life. I really do wish i would've stayed left handed, but hey things change. The team I play for the sliders are really good and i love our team.

Kid Nation

40 kids are going to this place that they are going to stay there together for 40 days and they have to "take care" of this farm like place. There are 4 council people that are about the kids age. The council have a gold star that every few days, they give to a kid that they think is doing a good job. The place is "dead" and they have to clean it up in the 40 days they are here. For dinner, the tried to make past, failed. They have to get their own water from a well. They made macaroni and kids showed that it was nasty. For the council, the youngest, Taylor, is having a hard time out of all of them, she misses her bed, protein (meat). All the leaders just want to prove that they can handle the job. At breakfast,  a huge argument occurred because people were taking more food then they should of because other people didn't get any food. The leaders are considering giving Michael a gold star because he saved them at the council meeting. They are dividing the team into 4 different districts, they have to wear bandanas of the color that their team is. A lot of kids are getting upset and wanting to go home already because they miss their families. They all have to share one bathroom. They are getting jobs; merchants, cooks, laborers. They get paid for doing their job. The amount of pay depends on if their upper class. For their first challenge, they have to run in a field and find pipes, the pipes shoot out a color and they have to dump the water the collect only if its their color into their teams bottles. For the first challenge, the red team got upper class, the blue team got merchants, the yellow team got cooks, and the green team in last place, for laborers. All the teams finished within the hour, so they won a town gift thingy. The choices are more outhouses or a TV. The council gets to choose what they want the town to have. They picked the outhouses because the need those more than a TV. The TV would probably distract them from doing their jobs. The cooks did a good job cooking food. They get to buy stuff with the money they get from doing their jobs. They are pretty excited about it because they get candy and soda. One of the girl danced in the middle of the dirt road to try to get money so she could buy a bike; she got enough money. The littler kids are going rabbit hunting. They are all at the second council meeting and they are handling business and everything going on. At every meeting, they ask if anyone wants to go home and a littler kid wanted to because he is homesick. The council gave their first gold star to Sofia because they thought she has been working the hardest since day 1. She got to call her mom and tell her about the gold star she won and how its worth $20 grand.  Her mom was pretty excited. Now, everyone is trying and working really hard to earn a gold star.

I think if these kids, older or younger, can run this town without adults watching over them, I think they are truly brave to be without their parents.

Summer 2014

I cant wait until Summer. Summer means warm weather, shorts/ tank tops/ flip flops. And most importantly you don't have to wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning and go to school. Instead, you can sleep longer. Also, you get to go swimming or go on vacation with your family. This summer, my family isn't going on vacation though because of money issues but we usually go every summer. The good thing is that we have a pool to replace the beach even though the beach is way better. When we go on vacation, we always go to Florida and we always go to different cities for example; Panama City Beach, St. Petersburg, and sometimes we go to Gulf Shores Alabama.

Something that bugs me is when people make annoying noises like tapping, humming, or just being obnoxious. I hate when people do that because most of the time, when I say something about it, they continue doing it just to annoy me. I think if someone is doing that, they are just bored and sometimes they probably don't realize they are doing it. It just makes me go crazy and sometimes it makes me have a headache because it gets so annoying. I also think that people who are always making noises are thinking about something  and they just don't realize that they are doing it.

My 13th Birthday



My birthday is in a month and 8 days. Im exited for this birthday because its my 13th birthday. I think Im getting a laptop or dog because i asked for those things and my mom said maybe and since its a "special" birthday, i think i can get my parents to get it for me. This birthday is special because your 13th, 16th, 18th, and 21st birthdays are when you are finally a teenager, you can get your drivers license, officially an adult, and the 21st is you can do other stuff. Im happy that im gonna finally be a teenager because im tired of being called the littlest in the family even though ill still be the littlest.

My Favorite Color



My favorite color is green. I like that color because its a relaxing color and its soothing. Some people say it makes them nauseous, but I don't think it does. My bedroom walls are lime green and purple and I like how its really bright. The color is something not many people use to display something (like a wall) but I like it. Green is not my only favorite color, I also like the colors purple, blue, and rainbow but I don't like some colors on the rainbow by themselves like red or orange.

If I was in front of those 7 doors and was told I have to go through one, I would pick the one that leads to Narnia. I would pick that one because after seeing the movie Narnia, I thought that it would be cool to go there because in the movie, it was you just walk through a closet door, and you in this snowy place. It would be cool to walk through a door in your house and magically be outside in a snowy yard with people you don't know. I just think it would be weird though because I wouldn't know how it happened or anyone there, but I wouldn't really worry. I would just build snowmen, make snow angels, just play in the snow.

What I will never forget about my age is that since I've been 12, I've noticed that this is the age that life gets tougher. Rather its dealing with school, people, etc. Through life I was constantly being told that life gets harder the older you get; that was the truth. And 7th and 8th grade mainly are the hardest grades because its when you develop into a pre-adult. 

Micro Windmills Become Powering Sources For Devices

Jung Chih Chiao and his associate Smitha Rao are attempting to make micro windmills become powering sources for devices. These windmills measuring 1.8 millimeters at their widest point, you could fit 10 in a single grain of rice. You could fit thousands of windmills into the sleeve of a cell phone case. Imagine your in a chat with your friend and your phone gets a low battery then eventually dies. Your friend will think your ignoring them or hug up on them on purpose, at that point, you would probably wish you had your phone charger, but if you had the windmills, you wouldn't have to have a dead phone, it could be charging your phone while your not by a charger.

1. arduous- It was arduous to do my homework last night because I didn't understand the lesson.
2. assert- I assert that to give out homework should be against the law.
3. contemplated- I contemplated the scene so I could get a better understanding on what happened.
4.  durable- The change was durable, you could not go back and remove it.  
5. harnessing- The harnessing car was slowing down as it approached the stop sign.
6. patent- It was patent that I was tired because I was dozing off at school.
7. prototype- I've been noticing a prototype with the math homework.
8. wafer- Jung Chih Chiao uses a wafer to create each Micro Windmill.
9. withstand- I had to confess that I ruined the party and withstand the punishment.
